We have a strict “No Exchange/ No Refund” policy. We may only entertain a request for an exchange if the product(s) received has a manufacturing defect or any damage. To be eligible for an exchange, please email us at email@example.com or call us at +923006225159 within 48 hours of receiving the item.
However, please note, the discretion of authorising the exchange lies solely with Nida Azwer. The customer will not be able to raise a chargeback once the item has been received by them. *Please treat all digital signatures as the final proof of delivery. If the customer selects on demand delivery, please note, there will be no signature on delivery and the order will be considered delivered as soon as the package leaves Nida Azwer premises.*

Please note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online and will not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay. Also, please ensure to check the customs duty and tax charges (if any) of your shipment as the charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery.
Nida Azwer is only responsible for dispatching your order, we cannot take responsibility for any delays at the end of our courier partners. If there are any concerns about delivery after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly.
As each item is made to order, please accept delays due to extenuating circumstances which are not in the control of Nida Azwer. We will inform the customer of a delay prior to dispatching the order, if the customer agrees to accept the dispatch date we will proceed with the order or then provide store credit in other circumstances.
At no point is the customer eligible for filing a chargeback complaint with their bank or credit card company due to a delay in receiving their order.
When ordering goods from www.nidaazwer.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.nidaazwer.com, you are considered the Importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you’re receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by Customs Authorities.
